Spiritual Direction: Life as Sacred Art

The heart of Trish's practice is founded in Story: the cosmic story, the personal story, and the places they intersect. Mindful of body, mind, and spirit, Trish provides spiritual companionship and holy listening for those she serves.

She received her training from The Center for Spiritual Guidance in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is a professional member of Spiritual Directors International, and an active presence in the Iowa Chapter of Spiritual Directors International.

As doorways to deeper discovery, Trish integrates art, sacred ritual, meditation and guided visualization, music and sound, and dream work into individual and group sessions.
